How to place an order

In case you're not familiar with this online shopping system, here's some start-up assistance: first, click your desired product. If there are color and size options, you need to make a choice first before you can proceed to checkout. Fill in your details correctly. I will only use your e-mail address to inform you about your order.
Shipping

Depending on your location on earth (yes, I ship worldwide!) and the weight of your order, the shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout. In the Netherlands regular shipping is free on orders above €100. You will receive a track&trace code when your order is on its way. This is one of the reasons why I need your e-mail address. No worries; your data is safe.

Payment options

During checkout, you can choose between PayPal (a free, secure way to pay with or without creditcard), creditcard or manual payment. When you choose the last one, I will contact you about the fulfilment. In any of these cases your order will be prepared and shipped as soon as possible after your payment is received. Shipping costs are automatically calculated depending on the weight and destination.

Returns & refunds

Since I do everything on my own and all my products are handmade, the quality is guaranteed. However, if you happen to receive a faulty product you can send it back for replacement or repair. When you're not satisfied at all, please send back the product in its original state and packaging and a refund will be transferred to your bank account within 30 days. This can only be done within 14 days after you received your order. Please understand that I can not repay the shipping costs.
